Rekey or replace? Usually rekey
When a key goes missing or a tenant moves out, most people assume they need new locks. Usually they do not. Rekeying swaps the pins inside your existing lock so it works with a new key and ignores the old one. It costs less than new hardware, it keeps the finish and style you already have, and it takes a few minutes per door. We rekey homes, rental properties and businesses, and we can key every door in the house to one key while we are there.
Replacement makes sense when the hardware itself is worn, when you want a higher security grade, or when you want to move to a keypad or smart lock. We carry grade 1 and grade 2 deadbolts and we will tell you plainly which case you are in.
Moving in, or just lost a key? Call (918) 664-5010 and we will get every door rekeyed in one visit.
Car keys, fobs and transponders without the dealership wait
Most vehicles built in the last twenty years use a transponder chip or a fob that has to be programmed to the car. A hardware store copy will turn the ignition and go nowhere. Our automotive locksmiths cut and program transponder keys and fobs for most makes and models, including replacing a key when the original is gone. It is usually faster and less expensive than the dealer.
Bring the vehicle and proof of ownership, or call and tell us the year, make and model. We will tell you on the phone whether it is a key we can make and roughly what it costs.
Commercial locksmith work for businesses of every size
Small offices, retail spaces and restaurants need the same things large facilities do, at a smaller scale: a key system nobody can copy, doors that close and latch, and a fast rekey when staff changes. We handle lever sets, deadbolts, closers, storefront hardware and panic bars, and we can put a small business on a restricted keyway so keys are only cut by us.
When a business grows into access control, multiple buildings or a formal master key hierarchy, the same team carries it forward. See our business security services for the larger-facility side, or home security for smart locks and keypad entry at the house.

FAQ
Common questions for a Tulsa locksmith
The questions we answer most often on the phone.
What is the difference between rekeying and replacing a lock?
Rekeying changes the pins inside the lock you already have so it works with a new key. Replacing means new hardware on the door. Rekeying is faster and less expensive, and it is the right call for a lost key or a move. Replacement is the right call for worn hardware or an upgrade to a keypad, smart lock or higher security grade.
Can you program a key fob for my vehicle?
Yes, for most makes and models. Call with the year, make and model and we will confirm it is one we can program, and tell you roughly what it will cost. Bring proof of ownership with the vehicle.
Can you make a car key if I lost all of mine?
In most cases, yes. We can cut and program a new key from the vehicle itself, including transponder keys. Some newer vehicles require dealer-only keys, and we will tell you up front if yours is one of them.
Do you offer emergency lockout service?
We help with home, business and vehicle lockouts during business hours, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Call (918) 664-5010 and we will tell you how soon we can be there.
Can you key all my doors to one key?
Yes. When we rekey a house or a small business we can key every exterior door alike so one key opens all of them. Tell us which doors when you call.
